Exercising: There are many people who want to lose weight by exercise. Cardiovascular exercise does burn fat, but it burns at a very slow rate. How slow? Like I've said earlier, it can be months before you see any changes at all. Exercise is better suited as a method of weight PREVENTION, not weight loss. If you really don't like exercise, you can finally feel at ease knowing it won't help you reach your goal.

Dieting Pills: Dieting pills don't work. They always ask that when you take them, you exercise too. Why? The trick is that the exercise is what helps you lose weight. And as you've read above, you already know how well exercise works.
